Mark as Useful My cell only rang a few times, and disconnected before I could reach it. This is the number that appeared on the caller ID. I tried to return it, but was greeted by a recorded message stating that the caller "was not taking calls at this time."

Mark as Useful If anyone knows who owns this number, please let me know as I want to file a complaint and sue them for harrassment since my number is registered as a do not call number. There was no response when I answered and the operator thing said the number was disconnected when I called back.
